Will we fail CE if we don't have Two Factor Authentication?

We only use one factor of authentication, two factor is expensive to implement. But is it a key requirement that we are going to require?

  • Hi! You don’t need two-factor to pass Cyber Essentials, based on the current question set. However, it is a great idea to use two-factor if you can, particularly on cloud-based services such as Google Drive, Office 365 and so on. The simplest implementations just send you a text-message with a code when you log in – simple but very effective!

As Jamie said, you won’t fail CE from writing “no” here.  It is not (yet) a formal requirement of CE.
