This session is a brief introduction to all the topics in the series and will bring a delegate to a level where they can understand the meaning of each of the subjects and what would be most appropriate to their business. For some this may be all they need, others may choose to take a deeper dive with one of the more detailed classes.
The introduction covers how to keep your systems safe, the important role of people and governance in information security, how to ensure your social media is safe and how to respond to incidents when they occur. It also looks at how to design safe systems and the tools that hackers use.
Required Technical Knowledge: Little to None, Basic Computer Literacy.
End Knowledge: Baseline Knowledge of Cyber Security.
